 :iagree: thanks for sharing Adam, I have been a bit obsessed over TL-29s the last few weeks.  This is a Colonial I have been working on. Old snap on scales were in shambles and the blades were loose as can be.

Here is a pre ‘72 M Klein & Sons that had a terribly chipped blade I tried to salvage, and ended up converting it to a single blade.

  It seems like there are a lot of these great knives laying around in partial disrepair that can be brought back.

There are definitely plenty of them out there needing a little work and available for a good price. Once I have completed my move and have a work area set up, I plan to start working on some I have.
