Queen Q-Tac 4.  Two years ago, I thought at $60, these were a good buy when Queen was still in business; but at $30 (MSRP was $125) I figured I was stealing it!  ATS-34 blade, pocket clip (which I am taking off), G-10 scales, and OHO.  It's also 4" closed, which I find is the perfect size for me.  As of lately, I've noticed this model is actually getting more expensive on eBay and other places; while it was quite the opposite here.  Yeah, it's ugly as sin, but it will be a user, so no big deal there.

Nice! The only Camillus about that old I have has some seriously shrunken celluloid, while on that one, it's intact. Guessing Delrin?

Thanks David, no it's got the long line.  I've been looking forever for a bone handled #16 but I've yet to see one come up.

Here you go



This knife has a novelty retractable clip that makes the handle very ergonomic in use, as there is no clip pushing into your palm. The spring is not as strong as a regular bent steel clip though, so it rides a little looser in the pocket.

Told myself the Queen would be the last thing I would buy online this month, but then this happened. Browsing Etsy for Boker caused me to score TWO Boker USA 9229s for $20.  Been looking for one ever since I lost the one that was my great-uncle's (I think it's around the house though, so it should be found soon)

I think one is USA, the other is from the mid or late 1980s, assembled in Solingen out of leftover USA parts. These are the sellers photos, and they didn't take a photo of the whole knife on the mark side.

This knife has a novelty retractable clip that makes the handle very ergonomic in use, as there is no clip pushing into your palm. The spring is not as strong as a regular bent steel clip though, so it rides a little looser in the pocket.

I had wanted a Silent Soldier and when this SOG hit the market I figured it would be a good alternative.  Man mine was not sharp.  Really thick blade so I thinned mine out and what a difference.  It'll shave hair and slice and dice paper like the best of them.  Its a super neat design and pretty comfy in hand too.
