I also have an old pearlite Sheffield penknife made by John Watts in Sheffield. It was actually "new old stock" when I got it, and it's never been carried. If I had to guess, I'd say it was probably 80's or maybe a little older, as it has a swedge on the main blade, which seems to be one of the first things the Sheffield companies started knocking on the head for cost saving (though I could be wrong). The box is quite old in style too.
Barlows are one of my favourite patterns too. That first pic looks like calendar material to me Steve
