Three unrelated tools.
What are they?

The one lying on the board is an adjustable key for releasing discs from an angle grinder (Stirnlochschlüssel in german). The blue thingy might be some kind of pusher to save your fingers on a circular saw. And i have no idea about teh top one.

I recognised the peg spanner on the bottom. I've used those a few times adjusting gib strips on large lathe saddles and tailstocks. The blue thing looks familiar, but I can't think why  but for some reason I'm thinking tiling.... The top one looks like some kind of opener.

I love these threads! No clue what they are though.

From bottom to top

1) Tactical Nut Cracker
2) Pocket Protected for a Hair Brush
3) Surplus Can opener

Blue one is for scribing a line fixed distance from a flat surface, hard to tell without seeing the side.

The blue one is Swiss. The top one is local. Both get used on lifestyle blocks/farms.

Isn't the top one something similar to the one we guessed a few months back? Tool to make holes in empty camping stove gas canisters?

Nope. :D

The top one is a fencing wire twister. Probably made by drivall? :P

No idea about the second one.

Ever since the first post I keep thinking it's some kind of fencing tool.
You mean something like this?

No real idea what the plastic thingys are
Since the blue one is from Switzerland I think it might be for making a coin roll :P
The red one of course is to make funky rope braids :tu:
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.

Coin roller was my first thought as well.

Since you didn't get a point for that though, my next guess is either some kind of handle (maybe for glass,  sheetrock/drywall or plywood, to protect the hands) or something that snaps onto a rough corner to protect edges.
