SAK Repair Question

Hey everyone, I have an old Victorinox Tourist that has issues. The can opener is really hard to get out, and doesn't snap shut. Same with the blade. So would this be under warranty? If so, where do I contact to send it in? Thanks!

Have you tried washing in hot soapy water, working the blade open and closed in that hot soapy water? Same with WD40? If so and it still doesn't work right, here's the link:
