Well I've just threw on wire keyring randomly everything I had considering keychain....

And now when it's on I'm planning to slowly sort them all on few setups...

Generally to create DIY tool setup, survival setup, FAK setup... More or less keychains combined with altoids and soda baby bottle...

Still missing few thing, i.e.:

- Widgy pry tool - mini (bigger than one I have) + straight pry bar
- Keychain lighter (fob lighter - CC)
- Keychain saw (CC)
- Foldable scissors
- Magnesium pencil sharpener
- Some more LED
- Swiss+Tech
- Sharpies
- Altoid tins
- ......
- ......

And that's just from top of my head...  :D :D :D :D

I'm surprised you're not after Rakija...  :D :D :D

It's good for everything...

You know we here have saying:

" Rakija (any alcohol for that matters) is better than God...
Why??
Rakija takes your mind on evening, and give it back in the morning, when God takes it, he never give back..."

 :D :D

And I'm lacking there a vacuum cleaner...  :D :D

Here's my car keys with a NEW metal version of my DIY, key chain size razor blade knife:

This version is locked from accidental deployment while attached with the McGizmo-style quick release clip. It can slice through seatbelts, in an emergency, and is easy to keep perpetually razor-sharp.

I encourage others to give it a go and give more details in this vid:

This is just the basic version but I'm working on deluxe configurations too, like: jacket zipper pull, glow fob, reflector, etc.

That's pretty neat but I'd be worried about the protective slide coming off in my pocket and getting cut!!  :ahhh

^Then you might prefer the zipper pull version, but used for your keys, where the outer sleeve has a small tab extension, with the same hole in it as the inner sled*, so when locked by the McGizmo (or similar quick release) the inner sled is locked from both forward AND backward travel.

Also, the one I show in the video is "loose" (for demonstration purposes), but much like the unmodified box cutter knife it is fashioned from, if you squish the outer sleeve a bit to make it stiff, it is then nearly impossible to deploy by simply finger pressure alone; you HAVE to tap it down hard against a table or other suitable hard surface, both for deployment and retraction. There's no amount of in-pocket keys jumbling which could pull the outer sleeve away and off on a tight one, just like the sleeves don't fly off on the originals which have no locks of any kind, forwards or backwards.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are many people who carry these unmodified tap knives in their pockets all the time, with no deployment locks at all and relying solely on "squish friction tightness", but I definitely see your concern which is partly why I made the dual direction lock version as well.

*The locking holes are also relocated to the center, instead of the edge, so it hangs straight down on one's jacket zipper.

Yes on both accounts. However, the protective slide coming off could easily be remedied, if there was an additional loop, so the keyring (or carabiner) can hold it in place (and a small slit, so it can still fully slide back).

or what mzil said... 8)
