Can't believe I missed that.  :facepalm:

I wonder if Leatherman is doing this as I spotted the Tread on Shark Tank a few weeks back. Maybe we will be seeing it more in other TV shows.

Wait.... They didn't have the Tread before the outbreak.  :think: I guess the employees turned into zombies and just kept working.  :D

Interesting to see a Leatherman in TWD- as I recall, they were originally sponsored by Gerber and all of the blades you saw were Gerbers, and they were even carried in a Gerber roll.

I think Gerber also offered a survival set with a bunch of blades in the same roll, didn't they?   :think:

Thought I recognized that axe.

They follow the rule of paid product placement enforced with redaction by sticker , duct tape and spray paint. Seen it done since the 80s with soda cans but never weapons.
when they started the crossbow was a horton with its logos painted over, but 3-4 seasons in stryker had to get one of their quad limbs on the show with full logos.
They painted the Gerber stuff too after the contract exp, had to get rid of the signature orange.
