:ahhh
check them out:
http://www.felderusa.com/...combination-machines.html

nice project video

 :gimme:

Wow, I wonder how I can persuade my girlfriend that one of those fits in a 39 m2 (420 ft2) appartment

 :ahhh
I have had access to one of these for ages without knowing.  :ahhh My grandfather has an old ('70/'80) model and I have just never known about all the possibilities! I've of course known about the saw and planer but that it also was a router table was hidden. Can't wait until Easter when I will be in a place to learn how it all works!
:ahhh

So it seems it's much more recent than I thought, more likely 90-ies. I also have way too much general renovation work to do here to actually get to do any real project with it :'(

The picture isn't that good, it's place in the middle off the shop makes it a way to good place to unload stuff on (that's why the cover is there to protect the surfaces).

Under the cover is the planer and the round area on the top is the lid for the router. I wish I had a kitchen to make cupboards for or some other suitable project to put it to the test.

Nice looking bit of kit 42  :salute:

That's always a problem with having a flat open space in any workshop, it fills up very quickly  :ahhh

Here's our bathroom I recently finished redoing in reclaimed pallet lumber. Also built a new towel bar and toilet paper rack for it.

Not really a project, just maintenance
So the G/F breaks her favourite garden fork (it's best not to speculate why  ;)

Drill out the old pin, use a 4inch screw to remove the broken bit, make a new pin from a 6inch nail

Heat up the pin and hammer the hell out of it

Sorted

Oh and because we have been dating for a good few years I put an inscription on the back (sentimental old fool that I am )

You Guys might find this useful...
I think I will post this in here, even though it didn't go quite to plan I'm fairly happy with the result
https://forum.multitool.o...ex.php/topic,70600.0.html

I  am going to get a makers stamp manifactured that I can use on wood or leather

Mmmm I think I will give DIY a try

I've got a little brass knob  ::)

Bolt it to a piece of wood and flaten the top

Copy paste glue

Not going so well, letters are too small  and my fingers are too big  :(

Sand back and start again
Lets try some bigger letters, no room, try just the numbers this time

That's working better  :tu:

Add some heat

Not too bad (happy  :D )

Make a Walnut handle

Well I'm happy enough but it's a shame I couldn't get the smaller one to work on there,
guess I will have to throw some money at it if I want it done properly

Nice  :tu:

Getting one made won't be cheap. 3D metal printing maybe cheaper?

Oh that's cool, I've thought a few times of making a self stamp for on my leather work and maybe some other stuff and also saw those exspencive custom one, forget that, I don't do enough to get that done! But just a brass knob filed down, cool, that would take some patients to do my "JR" but that's a slick idea! :tu:
