This  :D

Sadly the pegs don't all fit the slots (and it's not the pegs that are at fault  ::) )
I'm very happy with this so far, I might have to adjust a few of the pegs
It's now in test mode as I think it's a bit soon to be screwed to the wall above my computer desk

(Image removed from quote.)

Oh yeah...... and it's not big enough

Ooh, that’s nice, it might be big enough you just have to adjust the ax's, you could double the storage size if you put the others upside down,

They are only on there as a weight test so far to see if the 'wall' will hold together, I think it only be used to display a few choice axes  :D

I'm not getting Zombie brains on my best axes Yadda  :pok:

Actually, I reckon you could fit more on there if you hung them all vertically?

Yeah, 90 degrees orientation to how you have them now. You still use two pegs, or you could make specific holders with slots just the right width so they can't spread apart.
Could hold them by the head or the foot of the handle or both like JR's suggestion

I've been playing Axy jenga today (I did try vertical)  :D  :tu:
I did want to get some of my smaller axes up there but the pegs are just too wobbily  :o
It's not very safe/secure so I'm going to have to come up with another way of making pegs or hooks, maybe some wire

Nice, Tony, you could show them off even more without the sheaths. I reckon to go vertical you need some U shaped pieces so you have two prongs sticking out that can't spread

Thanks Rob,
I'm a bit disappointed with my slots as they are all a little different so some pegs go in with a hammer (axe poll) and some are held in with elastic bands  ::)
It's all an experiment at the moment

Still thinking and looking

Paul you are just getting better from your last accident Mate, do you think that is wise?   :ahhh

You just need a small spacer piece on top of the pegs that has the lower side of the axe head, most likely the poll side. Then it will hang "straight" vertically

What about a Pavlova? That's something Aussies and Kiwis have been arguing about having invented forever. Though I think it was the Kiwis first, it is an Aussie national dessert
