Where would I get a LED scale for the Signature Lite?

I never saw one. I think your best bet is to buy a new/used one and replace the scales...

Welcome to the forum. :waving:

First we'd have to know where you're from so we can advice you on purchases best available to you.

Your safest bet would be to ask your local Vic dealer for your country and if you can, buy he replacement scale from them. We're talking just the scale with the big hole where the LED switch goes, right? Not the LED part?

If it's the LED board and all, same advice but I'm not sure you'll be able to get it as easily.

With or without the LED module? Without they can be found sometimes from various vendors in red only. With LED module, nope.

As has already been said your best bet is finding a new or used one. Look no further than Ebay and your set. Does it matter weather it's a red LED or white?
