This is the Buck mentioned in reply #849.

This was created by Wilde Bill Cody at Buck's old location in California, before they moved to Idaho.

Ranger,N/S headless frame, worked blade spine, rocker bar and spacer,Rams horn handles and finally 1 of 250 created in 2004..

Beautiful knife! Love the Rams Horn covers.             :like:

As always great pictures W.

Here is a pair of Buck knives that was sold as a pair in a wood glass top case. The logo is that of a conservation organization known as Boone and Crockett.

The top knife is a fixed blade model 113 Ranger Skinner.

The other knife is a 112 Ranger folder with a drop point blade.

Here are two Waterfowlers by Buck. The one on the left has a combination handle composed of a composite with a checkered wood insert. It also has an S30v blade. The one on the right is a Boone & Crockett version with a wood handle and a blade made from 154-cm steel.

Thanks W.

My fondness for the Buck 112 model continues.

This was created by David Yellowhorse's son Brian. It's very well done and certainly worthy of the Yellowhorse tradition. This is built on a N/S headless frame and incorporates some rather intricate inlays.
