I checked the link and there was a notice they can't deliver this to the US.

Quick look at Amazon here has it as $70, so that's a pretty good deal.

Link is to the Cadet, not the Pioneer, but the Pioneer is also there for £32 + £3.05 UK delivery from a marketplace seller.

They don't deliver to Switzerland either good thing we get them cheaper here anyway :P
