Just out of curiosity, is everyone's extend handle lope sided? I have 2,  both are the same. One side bends in slightly more. One of it is unmarked without leatherman stamp on handle and no date code.  ;) leatherman USA, stamped reverse way on the plier head.

Will pump pics when I get home.

My 2 Minis. One of it is unmarked, no date code, no hard wire cutter notch and the "Leatherman & USA" are stamped on the reversed way. The left handle when extended, bends in more than the right. Happens to both of them. Normal for everyone?

I think mine may do that as well but not at the extent yours are  I have a couple that are pretty well unused, one of them is NIB  so I will check it for sure and see how it looks :tu:

Thanks Poncho. This had always keep me wondering. Nothing seems to be worn, and it happens on the same side. At least for both of mine..

I did check mine :salute: and all of them are very straight except for the one that I do carry sometimes and it had a very slight bend but nothing I would have ever noticed  If I ever think about it I will try and get some pics ::)

I am just gonna throw this out there :D Perhaps there is no wear and just the piece of metal that the second part of the handle rests on is bent from pressing the handles together with a bit of force either cutting or pliering something :salute:

I just took a closer look. To straight it, there's a little more than 1mm gap.. Going to attempt to hammer it straight.

*Edit. Not going to happen.. Just not enough material to do it... Going to do try something else...
