This is an oddball knife, I think from a company that markets golf accessories, Divix Golf. I haven't found much about this one. Has a partly serrated blade about 2" long. It's out the front opening, and spring loaded such that upon pressing a button, it retracts automatically. Blade shape is kind of odd, like a spey blade.
Has two more folding implements. A secondary Wharncliffe blade with a nail nick and a liner lock. Opposite, there is a bottle opener/screwdriver, also with a nail nick and its own liner lock.
Construction is generally pretty good on this one. It feels solid. Metal frame surrounded by plastic housing, screwed together construction. Main blade has little play for an otf mechanism. Steel is unspecified, but performs decent.
