Decided to wear it today to see what would happen, and it's behaved itself. I don't fully trust it though, in case it stopped for a while and started up again  I keep checking my my watch, then checking my phone to make sure my watch isn't lying. I'm pretty certain that defeats the purpose of wearing it in the first place  :P

But if they both start showing a different time, how do I know which to trust?  :P

Trust the one running fast. You probably won't get in trouble for being early.

Woke this morning to find the watch had run through the night, and was still showing correct time. Confidence is growing  :)

Wear three watches and if one goes wrong it will be highlighted by the other two. Also, it will be a fun conversation piece.

Cheers Paul

I don't expect flawless timekeeping from a mechanical in this price bracket, and so long as it keeps ticking and keeps reasonable time, I'll be happy  :tu:

well I do have my personal phone, and my work phone......  :P

What about when the machines rise up and turn the internets off? I'm going strictly low tech from here on in. I advise you do the same Fiddy.

Then just get an average intelligence watch... Not too smart so as to rebel.

also, in Maximum Overdrive most of the machines that were trying to take over, in 1986, were simple, basic machines with no electronics.

so we are doomed, whatever happens...

All the same, I think I'll stick to one wrist watch at a time. I know I have long hair, but the Train Man from the Matrix, wasn't really the look I was going for  :D

I don't really see the point of those to be honest....
