How do you like that M16?

I don't normally carry a large knife but that one is surprisingly comfortable for it's size.It's a bit floppy for my taste but I could remedy that by tightening it a bit.I don't have the need for speed in opening. I actually prefer the Centofante knife for ease of carry(I have a small felt pouch for it)although I would hesitate to try and heavy work with it.The needle point is nice for cutting patterns in heavy paper or vinyl which I do occasionally.The size of the knife makes it easy to control when you are cutting intricate designs.
The MRA knife I only paid a couple dollars for and have yet to carry it although it looks and feels good in the hand. The 16 I only bought because it was real cheap($5 if I remember correctly).It's too heavy to carry and the double lock(you have to depress a button located in an awkward for a left hander position to activate the liner lock.Well built though

M1-13D, M21-14DSFG, M16-13T and M16-13SF.

I don't know why I ever bought these. I don't like LAWKS, it's as if CRKT doesn't trust its own liner locks, and I hate auto-LAWKS.

In fact, I think I should sell them ASAP. The M21 has had some use, the others are NIB (well, almost).

Journeyer - I have somehow (like you do) come across two of these, one in great nick, the other with a bit of wiggle. I have made the worst one into a 'fixed blade' using some 2.5mm brass pin - it's a nice blade and handle shape so if I like carrying it as a fixed blade I'll do a proper job with the pin and make a sheath for it.

Some nice looking CRKT stuff, y'all!

Just recently started collecting CRKT stuff. After having liked their MT designs, I felt a few of their "staple" knives would make for a nice little CRKT assortment.
The two small knives I picked up a long time ago, but the M16, Ruger +P(IKBS)(Onion design), and Fossil (IKBS)(Ikoma design) are very nice blades! The IKBS system feels premium in action. The Ikoma Fossil isn't the prettiest, but it is unique and acts like a premium knife.

I have a CRKT folding Razel($25) design on the way as well.
