Bench grinder with a flex shaft

I need this, or something similar, in Israel by 12th for a budget of about 80$.

Does anyone know where I could look?

Flexible shaft. I don't think a hand-held tool will do it, though.

Edit: going to Ace to check if they have it. Will update accordingly.

UPDATE: Went by HF to look at them and they had a floor sample they were replacing with a newer one.
