UK Meet Up Announcement

It's with a heavy heart that I have to announce that there won't be another UK meet up this year

It's no one's fault as there are a lot of factor's to consider, and unfortunatly it means that it's just unfeasable to have another meet this year. However that doesn't mean that any of you fella's out there can't organise your own mini meet's

There will be another meet next year however, and rest assured they'll be some competitions and activities taking place, and hopefully some prizes too

Plus Dunc has promised to do another toxic moonwalk for those that missed it this time around

Remember my place is on offer on a Friday or Saturday...and its in a central location.

I also vote that all attendees pay a fee (£10 - £20) to put in a petrol kitty.  Then those that travel the furthest get the largest part of the shares.  That way we all bear the fuel costs of the mutual meet as we are all benefiting from the combined friendship etc.  Besides there will be no camping costs if we meet at my place...plus there are DRY places to talk and showers etc.

Wow, i just checked the prices and they've gone up massively!  I was going to go to a music festival in Finland last summer and plane tickets were under £100     Obviously prices have gone up since then because of oil costs but almost doubling is insane
