Hooboy...
Over three tons of gold falls out the back of an airplane on take off, in Russia.
https://amp.independent.ie/world-news/three-tons-of-gold-falls-out-of-back-of-airplane-during-takeoff-36709720.html
I’ve heard of stuff “falling off the back of the truck” but this takes it to a new level.

Russia. When we drop stuff from the back of a truck, we do it from the back of a plane. And it's gold bars, not VCRs.

It would be easier to put notices on the things that DON'T cause cancer, rather than trying to label everything that can cause cancer.  ::)

California hasn't found anything that doesn't cause cancer. They only have 2 categories: Things they have identified as carcinogens (frequently on flimsy evidence) and those they aren't sure about, but are concerned.

There is a part per trillion of pretty much everything in anything.

Ford Australia’s record $10 million fine for “unconscionable conduct” over dodgy transmissions

http://www.news.com.au/technology/innovation/motoring/motoring-news/ford-australias-record-10-million-fine-for-unconscionable-conduct-over-dodgy-transmissions/news-story/2433bcae52a1d32fac716d768627c7d6
https://www.theguardian.com/business/2018/apr/26/ford-fined-10m-for-mishandling-faulty-vehicle-complaints

"Ford has agreed to fix, buy back or replace up to 10,500 cars, as deemed by an independent auditor.

The models affected include the Ford Fiesta and Focus small cars and EcoSport SUVs made between 2011 and 2015 equipped with the six-speed “Powershift” transmission.

The gearbox is intended to be as smooth as a regular automatic but Ford received widespread complaints about shuddering and delays.

Complaints began to surface in 2015 and 2016 however, Ford now admits it initially misdiagnosed the problem."

Funny bit- Graeme Whickman, President & CEO Ford Motor Company, Australia. said that:
Accepting the $10 million fine is the first action on our commitment to make right,”

I assume that complying with Court decisions is optional for Ford, but they did however decide to accept, rather than reject this court decision, like some commoner...

They could have also made it right without having to be taken to court, and being given a fine...

Maybe we should ban this dangerous idea of "stealing stuff".  :)
