Makes a lot of sense, cut the legs off the criminals, tax revenue for the government and far tighter controls over what is actually being sold as grass. Will also cut the cool factor significantly as there is no illegal aspect and because it's not illegal, simply using it will not create a gateway for nastier stuff. I'd predict a drop in use within 5 years or less even just due to that fact. I loathe drugs but I think this is a good idea.

When I was 21, a couple of years ago.... , a 39 year old friend of mine was proud of dating a woman half his age. I told him that in my case/age that would have been totally morally wrong and illegal.
