I actually got this from Australians on Youtube and did a search on it, to see if it was true.

Here is an Australian site reporting it too:

McDonald's loses 'Big Mac' trademark case to Irish chain Supermac's

The ruling allows other companies as well as McDonald’s to use the “Big Mac” name in the EU.

Old drivers..

"Norfolk police said officers were called to the Sandringham estate shortly before 3pm “following reports of a collision involving two cars”. A police spokesman said police and ambulance crews attended. Norfolk police said: “It is force policy to breath test drivers involved in collisions. We can confirm both drivers were breath tested and provided negative readings.” "

Competency is the real question, not age (admittedly some 97 year olds may not have good enough eyesight to be properly competent).

It will be interesting to see how the police/prosecuters wriggle their way out of charging Prince P with at least Failing to Give Way if not actual Negligent Driving.

I have a simple rule in these circumstances, if I can't see ("I was dazzled by the sun") then it isn't safe to proceed ....

If he gets a warrant issued for his arrest, he just has to stay close to Lizzy and he can't be arrested.

I can't see a warrant being issued, and even if the prosecutors by some miracle (or public pressure) have the balls to lay a charge, I'll bet the judge will find some technicality/excuse to dismiss all charges.

Well, if we are discussing age restrictions we should look at adjusted data (adjusted for exposure (how much they drive) and normalized). Adjusted data suggest that men drive the safest between the age of 60 and 69 (and surprisingly at the age of 17-20). So, if we want to reduce fatal and non-fatal accidents then men between the age of 30 and 40 should not be allowed to drive. :D
Of course a far easier way would be to simply prohibit men from driving, as women make far less traffic accidents (after normalization, men cause 47% more fatal car accidents).  :D :D

Data from the United Kingdom (UK) National Travel Survey for the periods of 2002–2012

Of course even if you prefer traditional data-analysis, it would make more sense to increase minimum driving age than reduce/set a maximum driving age.

Los Angeles is pretty bad.....

And I'm surprised by Oslo.
So, that's the city with the worst air pollution that I've visited.
