Nice one, Steve! :like:

Om Tuesday, I put my bookcase together. The plastic piece on top of the left side panel somehow didn't get notched so the back panels would slip in. That presented an unexpected opportunity: ST300 saw usage.

The saw corrected the manufacturing goof easily. Here's Silver in the bookcase.

I have been wondering how easy it was to remove the bail sort of thing holding the keyring and chain to the small Opinels. Today I grabbed Silver and gave it a go.

[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

It was easily removed. I think the little dings around the hole were caused by the bail thing flopping around (especially when it trapped the chain). I'll eventually get some cord that's the right size and make a lanyard for the Opinel.

:hatsoff: I discovered that micro or nano cord (3/64" and 1/32," respectively) would work well for these little Opinels. 95 cord is a little too big unless you melt one of the ends just right.

Happy SUPERTOOL Saturday

Winter prep, storm to arrive at 2PM in my neighborhood, actual snow started after 10AM

I was behind on preps.  Rose early to convert my garage from lawn mode to snow mode, but lawn mower into its corner, folded down handle, drained gas, and placed where the snow blower sat all summer.

Then prepped the blower, gas, choke, prime and pulled, first pull came to life.  Then put everything away in the seasonal place.

The ST300 was used to loosen handle screws, removed tire air valve caps.

Then moved attention to AWD SUV, insure tires are all inflated now that temperatures are below freezing, 34PSI.  It is important that on a AWD, tires are identical, and on mine there are PSI sensors that report each tires PSI to the traction control system.

Picture is the ST3, assisting my numb fingered with valve cap removals as I went from tire to tire with the portable pump.

Last Saturday I will share in 2025, committed to the Toolbox Challenge. No MTs to be utilized.
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

The entire SuperTool range was covered today. Great work, y'awl! :2tu:

I found a loose drawer pull on the dresser. Blackie handled it with no issues.

The dresser drawer was empty at the time because today was a laundry day.
