Firewood sorted :D

And on that note, is there anything that anyone particularly wants others to bring along?  Obviously a big pile of sharp and pointy things, axes, machetes, halberds, billhooks, saws, lights, multis, gadgets, guns and burny things.  Have I missed anything? ???

Is there anything else people want me to bring?

Ummmm...what's the traffic like down there when the F1 is on at Silverstone?  Any routes we should be avoiding?

As long as you don't try to come down the A43 I expect you'll be fine - the M1 and M40 will probably be no worse than usual (for a Friday afternoon).  Take the A508/A422 to Buckingham if you're on the M1 (or maybe Milton Keynes > Aylesbury?).  If you're coming down the M6 then take the A41 past Bicester - this is probably the least complicated way to the site.

Excellent. :tu:

Sparky; Sharpening stones
hiraethus; more sharpening stuff (Lansky, diamond stone, turnbox)

I'd like to get a look at a Boker Tech Tool (Gareth?), a Sideclip and an Executive if anyone's got them.

I've got all those covered. :tu:  The Boker is a No1 so just a blade, no tools to try I'm afraid.

M6 to A41 is what I've done before IIRC.  Cheers mate. :)

Does anyone want me to chuck in a spare chair or three? Or am I best just bringing my one?

Just been finishing off packing here - not sure why I need a tent AND two tarps, but it'll give us something sit under when it's pissing down on Saturday.  Tool box full of toys and sharpening things, stove and coffee pot.  Got my wife's stunt kite* to play with too. :D

Sorry to hear that man.  That really sucks. I know what is like to miss out on trips- I missed out on an MTO trip to the Leatherman factory a few years ago.   :ahhh

Hopefully some of the others will start posting pictures and stuff soon-it would be great to see what everyone is up to!
