Very nice Steve. I had a beautiful Thinline for years while I was gigging but had to sell it when finances demanded (says a lot about my playing! ) and I've never had enough ready cash to replace it. Lovely guitars though.

I've had lots of electrics over the years but there is just something special about Tele's

Couldn't agree more - Mine never went out of tune, even after breaking a string during a gig, I could just carry on until the end of the song (unlike our other guitarist's Charvel Jackson which went horribly off and required a lengthy restring!).

I'll take some pics of my acoustic Yamaha later (can't get as excited about it as my old Tele though.

Can you give us some more details of yours? US, Mexican, Japanese?

Immediately made me think of the Oboe Knife. Gotta hand it to Wenger for making tools for every purpose. (Photo not mine, from Sakwiki.)

May it be as the Pattern has chosen.

My tele is a Classic Vibe 50's Squier Made in China but super high quality. A lot of people think they are better built than the Made in Mexico Fenders. Mine is a bit of a mut. I never got along with a solid maple neck so I bought a CV 60's model for the rosewood fretboard and switched them out.

They make a Thinline model   :pok:

Somewhere in the bottom of a drawer I have a couple of harmonicas as well. I haven't played in years though.  My playing used to bring tears to my eyes.  It wasn't because I had the blues, but they kept snagging and pulling out my mustache hairs. :ahhh

Ouch!!!!  My playing is what does it to me Alan!!  We're a household of beginners....myself on the harmonica, my oldest on the guitar and my youngest on the trumpet.  It's fun but I'm pretty sure it's painful for anyone around us.  It's a good thing we live in the country, where the coyotes are the only ones that have to put up with our Blues Brothers renditions  :ahhh

Not the best pic, but you get the idea  ;)  The big keyboard is a Roland FP-8 which I bought more than 15 years ago, but it still works fine for my jazz lessons.  Dreaming of a little Yamaha c2/3 grand though...  Maybe if I would sell some stuff...
Anyway, this is the classic, still looking to buy the 74mm piano.
