[All Reserved] Checking interest about BO Supertool/C300 combo...

Hi all. My local Sports Authority seems to have a good stock of a clam-shell combo pack featuring a BO Supertool 200 and a C300 knife (the most basic LM knife), and they're going for ~50 bucks at the store. To be honest, I don't shop around that much, so I'm not sure how good of a deal that is, so I wanted to see what you guys thought, and if there was much interest in them.

I'm not a buying/selling/shipping guru, but if you'd be willing to have some patience as I figure it out, I might be able to buy/trade/sell/send some of these if anyone is super interested.

Anyone interested?

Edit: I'm not pushing this... If it's not that great of a deal, please let me know.

I just see them every time I walk through the store and get to wondering.

A BO ST200 for $50 doesn't sound too shabby....

I have BO sometimes, and it's worth much more than that.

) & that sounds a very good price for a new one.The ones I have been looking at (not BO) on ebay are going for around $50+ & they are second hand.

Sounds like a decent enough deal to me - and I would be very interested NeitherExtreme. I have the C301 knife (I think - it's the part serrated version of that knife) so NEED both of these things

You can count me in if you'd be kind enough to post it to the UK - (obviously I'd cover the cost of postage).

I recently purchased a regular NIB (clam pack) ST200 (without the knife) for $60 in a private sale. $50 for BO plus a bonus knife has got me all giggly!

All right... so it's a good deal, and I have four takers so far.

Offer's still open for now, I'll make a post to let you all know when I've done the buying. Might not be right away, I'm kinda busy and my car's clutch just gave out so my wife and I are doing the 1 car thing.

Anyway... I guess I'll have to figure out all this techno stuff.

I suppose paypall is the way to go with the money? What's the best way you guys have found to send this kind of thing, especially internationally?

BY THE WAY, if anyone's interested in doing a trade instead of just buying, I would consider picking up a combo and doing a trade. If anyone's interested, PM me and let me know what you'd be wanting to trade. I'm mostly into LM stuff, but any interesting trades would be considered. Also, if anyone is just interested in the knife, send me a PM and maybe we could work something out as well.

(Hopefully this last paragraph didn't open a can of worms!

I'm all set on the BO SuperTool, but I just want to jump in and say thanks to Luke for taking on the task of doing a group buy. Its a fair bit of work what with the buying and packaging and mailing and its damn awful decent for him to offer to do it.

Paypal is the best for international money transfers. Western Union and MoneyGram also work, but are somewhat more inconvenient at both ends.

OK everyone, I'm back from the store, and it's good news/bad news time.

Bad news 1: My memory wasn't quite right... the knife is the C301X, which means it's the combo blade. Hopefully that's not a deal breaker for anyone, but if it is it's no problem as I can simply return it.

Bad news 2: I cleaned out the store's stock, so there's no way I can take any more orders. $:-\$

Good news 1: There were 6 left, so I got one for the five that requested already, and one for me (possibly to split with Mikko).

Good news 2: There was a bulk buy discount of 25%, so even with tax (6% around here), each combo was only $39.75! Original sticker price was $100 (so $106 with tax), so I think we got a heck of a deal.

So at this point I have a combo for DaveK, Def, NutSAK, sjdep97, and getpower.

I'll send out PMs when I get closer to shipping. Also, I guess I hadn't specified before, but hopefully you all are able to cover your shipping, I kinda strapped at the moment.

If for any reason anyone has a change of mind, it'll be no problem for me to return a set or find another taker.

I'll get a pic or two up here in a litttle bit...
