Guess who found at NIB  :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh !!!MINI!!! :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh at a hardware store yesterday? :dd:

This guy :waving: I went to check out an old hardware store about 40-45 mins from the house on Saturday and browsing through some of the locked up tools and knives I spotted it :ahhh :D I even haggled with them since I figured they had had it a while ;) I got 10% off so I was happy about that :D The first pic was fuzzy but I had everything put up before I checked them :whistle: So I decided to put it anyways ;) The box has a date of 2002 and the tool has a datecode of 0102 in both handles so this was one of the first tools inside this type of box with the 2002 date on it :cheers:

Going with a new format as suggested on page 1

•   LEATHERMAN cast into plier pivot, along with USA or TOOL?: Leatherman and Tool
•   A hard wire cutter notch?: Yes
•   Handles stamped with what?: Leatherman Mini Tool US PAT 4744272 Portland OR both handles
•   Date codes? What are they?: 0102 and 0102
•   Knife blade markings?: Leatherman
•   File markings and finish?: No markings matte finish

If you have a really old one then I would like pics of it ;) Also to see whether the really early ones all had the lanyard hole and if any of the early ones had inches only like the early PSTs. There have been pics of them without any markings if you have one of those I would love to see pics of that as well :tu:

I have what I believe is a quite old one.
Lanyard hole.
It has no date codes and nothing stamped on the outsides of the handles.
It does have both in and cm scales.
Leatherman and USA on both the pliers and the knife blade.
Matt file.
No hard wire cutter notch.
