GANZO G7211 (Green)
on: January 24, 2016, 04:27:19 AM
We have all seen some Ganzo Multitools, but I picked up a folder from them and I am VERY pleased. To be honest, blown away.

I'm not a Knife guy, ive handled a ton but I never buy them. Would rather carry pliers.

Anyways I paid around 20 USD for the knife, International shipping, and package insurance. All through the spam best company.

First Impressions: heavier than I was expecting, the scales are Uber rough and textur-y.

Again, blown away. Time for some mediocre pictures.

Yes it's an automatic. Not as fast as my father's Boker, but impressive.

Alignment is certainly fine for me, you can see a slight miss on the edge angle near the tip. Didn't even notice until I took the photo.

Deep carry clip that is not movable. I carry tip down so it's not an issue, the finish on the clip is sub standard. Definetly not the same machining as the knife, which is impeccable for 20 bucks!

The scales are removable, I'd love to make some wood scales for it. They also make them in black.

440 HC Blade Steel. SHARP out of the box, easily the sharpest knife I've ever owned.

The lockup is solid, just a pin that falls in a groove.

The button is not very proud, which is best for Pocket Carry I suppose but my thumb is a little rubbed raw. Then again my hands are huge.

Kinda hard to see the ruler but it's almost 8".

If you want one, get it. I was skeptical obviously, more so about having an automatic shipped in the US. It made it to Kentucky then sat for 2 weeks. Once it moved it was down here via fedex in 2 days then USPS delivered it.

Still using it! Not scratched up too much, definetly needs to be sharpened.

Awesome knife! My SIL saw it, loved it and is now carrying it.  :D

Amazed at the quality of that knife for the money.
