Fix for Tops clip

Blade Tec Tec lok I got off eBay for $13. Just unscrew the clip and screw on the Tec lok. Use the same screw nut and rubber washer the sheath came with. You still have the same 360 movement pluse the Tec lok is adjustable for many different belt width.
