Amazon's Saddleback ad for the front pocket ID wallet. Third picture contains a Leatherman Micra side by side with their product. Seems they may know we have a thread dedicated to them, and know their customer base.

A family pic :D

The ID one and the tobacco CCW are 4 years old :D
The dark coffee brown CCW is 3 years and a couple of months :D
The front pocket bifold is a bit less than 4 months old :D I use it when I have more cash to carry with me, but due to ... unemployment issues I've downsized again

Remember the old phone "wallet" I had, in fake leather, made from a tablet sleeve? Well, the stitching was coming undone, the snap button was bending and the area around it was tearing up. So, I made a new sleeve, from real leather.

The stitching is not perfect (particularly in the final part) and there's some imperfections but it works great and I like the artisanal look (not to mention being something I made myself).

Remember this one? I didn't really like the uneven stitching, so... Got a leather lace maker from Tandy:

Redid the stitching, using lace this time.

Thanks! I think it's an improvement. I like the contrast a the smoothness of the lacing.

Thanks, man! I've got some leather projects, I'll post them when I finally get to do them (if I like the end result, that is).

Trying out my new wallet. Already discovered something to change: the leather strip needs to be wider and come closer to the center of the wallet, so the bills are more centered and snug.

I's holding 3 cards very snuggly.

SAK Compact for scale comparison.
