If you mean both at the same time you're probably going to need something more like a utility pouch, such as the CLC 1105. They generally will hold your phone, knives, flashlight and pretty much everything else you might want hanging off your belt.
If you only need a pouch to carry one at a time then obviously the sheaths made by Victorinox for those knives, but I also like SOG sheaths that have the plastic belt clip on the back because they are easy on and off. The discontinued SOG PowerDuo was exactly the same size as your 111mm Vics so that sheath would be perfect. Then, you can also look up folding knife pouches / sheaths or even look up magazine pouches which are basically the same thing and you will see hundreds of options.
