Sounds brutal. I'm glad you're back up and running.
Glad it was nothing serious and you are feeling better
took me to the ER .... extreme dehydration.
First off, I am glad to hear you are ok. We've had enough medical scares out of you this past year young man.Second off, never underestimate the importance of drinking water. They say drink 8 cups of water a day, and that's not as easy as it sounds. I've been noticing how much more of a difference it makes over the past couple of years and now I use the health tracker on my phone to keep track of how much I drink. I'm a mouth breather (my nose rarely works the way a nose is supposed to) so I tend to lose a lot of moisture overnight and I often wake up feeling pretty run down as a result. When you are north of 40 (Google that for some awesome Red Green bits- if you don't know Red Green then shame on you!) you really need to start watching things that never made a difference before.Def

I know I should, but it is hard.I had drank some water on Friday, but not enough, coupled with my body loosing water through diarrhea, it was to much for my system to take

Scary stuff...Ok, we have established that you should drink more, I would like to add a warning. Drinking excess amounts of water can lead to death too... although the amount you would have to drink is somewhere in the 20l region and that within a short period of time .Next time you have diarrhea (or vomiting / bleeding) not just drink more, also replenish salts, so drinking a sports-drink (isostar) or simply a bouillon* is great.* In many a movie there is "mothers chicken soup" the cure for all ails
