Made some more Cajun-seasoned chicken, this time using a different basting method. Cooked pineapple ... dunno. Maybe try sweet peppers next time?

Was cooking whilst getting ready for work. :D God, this is so easy! Even the neighbors were trying to figure out what I was setting on top of my car. Why the car? Keeps nosy dogs away.

Pizza from a GoSun Sport

Thawed in window sill, cut into 4 inch slices. Lightly greased the stainless steel tray. Folded slices into tray, inserted into stove, cooked 35 minutes while chatting with neighbors.

This is what I got. The other half is cooking right now.

Oh, by the way, I've lost 8 pounds since cooking with the GoSun Sport. Am eating smaller portions, and by the time I'm prepping to cook something else I'm full. Put the excess in the freezer or fridge.

Been eating more chicken. Might try fish if I ever get a the chance to go ..

The steaks were good, more so when dipped in it's own cooking juice. If I had more time would of wrapped some bread around it too.

Chicken tomorrow. How to cook it though... hmm... wished I had a better way of crushing rosemary. It seems impervious to the rolling pin method, even resorted to a heavy/thick glass container last time with perty much the same results.
If could only find the base to the Ninja mixer... >:D

Had a chicken thigh and drumstick. Pam cooking spray on tray, lightly. Add chicken, sprinkled lemon pepper on top, then Cajun seasoning, and rosemary. ANother short spray of Pam baking spray. 45 minutes later I devoured the very tastey meal! Cooked with white potatoes too. Can't show you a picture, I was hungry. :D

Found a great combination and man o' man. if you could only taste how great this chicken is, and so moist. The seasons are just right. Takes all the willpower I have not to finish the rest, which is still simmering in the GoSun Sport which is resting on the stove.

Deboned chicken thighs. Sprayed Pam baking spray on the bottom of the stainless steel tray. Moderately covered the chicken in Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper. Put those seasoned side down. Sprinkled more Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper over the top, followed with ground Basil, and then Black Pepper. Cooked 45 minutes at at 11:30AM. After 45 minutes passed I added some pepperoncinis on top, let them cook in the sun another 20 minutes.
Brought the GoSun Sport back inside, fetched out 3 morsels, and man o' man I have not tasted something so good in ages! Could of added veggies in between the chicken, would of made for a great chicken base mix. Oh yeah, the juice in the tray is even better. :)

It's awesome to see how much use you are getting out of this stove.  Does it look like any of the components are getting stained or worn out from repeated use?

Drippings from tray occasionally leak out when checking the food, which get on the reflector, and meander on the two aluminum mounts is about all. That rinses off with water. Reflector and 2-part mount have some slack per its design. Nothing has wore out yet.
Ordered a padded carry case yesterday; though you can get a free case this month by entering promo-code 'FreeBagAugust' to get a FREE carrying case with your GoSun Sport purchase. $49 case supposed to hold main unit, two trays, and carry assorted items.

GoSun claims there will be a Brew insert to make coffee, tea, boil water in that's debuting this Fall. Don't know price or release date yet.

GoSun has international distributors in other countries, including Canada. Unsure if they are participating in the free bag offer.

Had been feeling run-down last few days and it's because I've not been eating regularly due to stress of two jobs and social matters. Was waking up for the second (or third?) time and decided, 'Hey, let's cook some eggs and sausages today!'

Got up, rinsed out the GoSun oven. Didn't use the scrubber, only rinsed it out and I used the ol' sniffer and this glass does not hold odors. Rinsed out good. used Simple Green cleaner on the reflectors, then wiped them down with a towel. Set the oven in the living room to drain and air dry, while I went back and cleaned the stainless steel tray out with soap and water.

After drying the tray I used some Pam in the tray, lightly. Put a thick sausage at the far end, made a tray out of aluminum foil and busted 3 eggs inside that. Added lil' smokies on the handle end. Forgot to sprinkle black pepper in with the eggs, and maybe next time I'll scramble them just to see how they cook up, or maybe make an omelette-burrito next time. Hmm.

So here is a before and after photo of the tray.

Only cooked this from start to finish, 35 minutes. Was online browsing and catching up on the social scene, and whatnot.

Who knew cooking was so easy? My Natural gas bill this month was just over $5 for water heating & taking a few showers. Cooking has been in this, or those times nuking burritos after work.

And this Marttiini INOX knife appeared in the mailbox, from Finland. 161013NI (11cm) so I used it to cut up the food for eating. My thanks to the sender. Needless to say I'm feeling a bit better today. I might try stuffing in hash browns next time too. :D

Made a glorified Omelette Burrito today. :twak: Forgot to get salsa. :ahhh

Am getting better at this. 35 minutes from inside to done. Have steak in the fridge yet too... but that will have to wait for another evening as I devise a plan to cook that too.

Sort of wishing the Solar Dogger was out. Looks like it could be tossed in the back of the car and used anywhere. Steak or chicken to go!
