Linder Messer info

Any info on this knife? I've had it for years, can't remember when or where I got it. Possibly 70s or 80s? Seems of a reasonable quality, possibly looking to sell it but would just like to find out a bit more about it first.

I have a similar one, that says captain... something on the blade. They are German made and used to be popular in the UK in the eighties.
They are not worth much, from what I remember. A search brings some information on the company. If nobody helps you, I will have a look at what I found out about mine, a few years ago, tomorrow.

Mine has "Admiral Benbow" lightly etched onto the blade.

Mine has Captain Flint on it. THe sheath is the same as yours.

Interesting with the Swiss Dagger handle but a single edged blade... What is the handle material?

here are some pictures, from today.

The knife was in storage for over 20 years and the sheath got a bit moldy/wet.
It still works fine. German made

Handle seems to be very hard plastic but sits quite nicely in my hand.
