Still curious but still don't have one... the technical discussions on the board did not inspire...!

I still use mine with no problem.  They have very few models, similar, and not that many sales, compared to vic, so not much is said about them.

Like the locking mechanism, but no, I probably won't be buying a Swiza. But, since they came out, I've been tempted to get a D04.

Swiza, no. But now that they're more reasonably priced, I am tempted by the Boker Tech-Tools.

I have a black one with a corkscrew. The lock is nice,  the scales feel like that of the Wenger Softtouch models. The blade seems to be angled forward a little.  Might just be how the handle is shaped. It's not bad, but I don't really use it. Too many other knives that I like more.

Me too. No can opener is a little weird. But I like how they come stock with the torx screws and clip from the factory. Plenty of Vic SAKs with those features available as mods, but not for $50 factory made.

Id like to see can opener and metal file on them though.

Bokers are made in China, so I have NO interest in them.

Tomo and Swiza leave me unimpressed.
I might be curious for a Huntsman or Mountaineer and up, or if it included an inline awl, or some new and useful special tool.

Ahhh very sneeky trick on Boker's part. I had assumed they were German made. I like the designs tho...its basically a rip off of all the stuff modders have come up with. Glad I found out before puttin down $50 on one.

Really, all Swizas bought have been bought recently  .

I am using mine regularly (for me) and it has had no major issues so far.

The Blade may hit the awl, on occasion, but nothing major.

I am not aware of any major changes/improvements/modifications to their products.
