Correct.
The price they go for varies considerably over time. I think the last one I saw went for over £50
I've also seen them go as low as £6

In the UK, Retail is around £30 to £35, online probably down to around £22. You see them on eBay quite cheap, occasionally.

it must be rare,i thought the blade and tool-set up must be something different than civilian version too.
