I have only watched the first episode so far,  but I sure enjoyed it very much!

The second I saw it I added it to my list, but I have yet to watch it.  So far all I've heard has been good so I have high hopes!

I'll watch it with the boys tonight. Never saw it growing up. Stuck with transformers, gobots, etc. didn't know there would be a reboot but I'll check it out.

I had the toys at one point,  although I was hoping for the car version.

This is in my queue to watch,  the teaser looked good

:ahhh I loved Voltron. I brained my brother with the black lion trying to get it to fly when we were little. He still has a scar on his forehead from it...... ::)

Maybe it's just because I've been doing a bit of binge watching of The Clone Wars on Netflix.  Love that one!!

I'm about 2/3rds of the way through season 2, so luckily I still have a good amount to watch.

Yeah they could have carried on with Clone Wars...

Sadly they ditched it for Rebels, which I don't entirely hate, but it definitely is not the same grit that Clone wars was.

I was really hoping they'd do the Detours thing... that looked funny, even if it's all cliche humour...

The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.

That would be awesome indeed, although it seems like just a slightly more family friendly and CGI version of Robot Chicken's Star Wars stuff.  In fact, I recognized many of the same voice actors- Breckin Meyer, Seth Green and Seth McFarlane were all in it.

I am liking the new Voltron- although I miss some of the classic cheese like "Form feet and legs!  Form arms and torso.... and I'll form the head!" and "Form Blazing Sword!"

I also like that the fights are a bit more involved than the straight formula of the old ones:

Scene 1- everything is normal
Scene 2- Robeast shows up
Scene 3- Voltron Force gets to their lions
Scene 4- Team gets their arses handed to them individually
Scene 5- Team forms Voltron, who is a bit more evenly matched, but they still take a few blows
Scene 6- Voltron Forms Blazing Sword, slices Robeast in half, saves the day
Scene 7- Everybody happy, mice do something silly, cue end credits
