Who would have thought it!
on: September 10, 2008, 08:18:42 AM
Hello all, from another UK member. Who would have thought the world of multitools would turn out to be so fascinating? Probably a bit sad even, but I admit it, I'm well and truly hooked  :) I work in a sporting goods outlet. We started selling MT's recently and I found this site while doing some research on the subject. A month or so later, here we are and I own six of the blessed things! My buying choices were all based on what I read here, so it's your fault you rotten lot   ;) Anyway, I hope I can contribute something useful now and again and keep up the good work.
Gabba gabba hey!!

They've only managed to swindle me into buying one multitool.

I've been eyeing another one, however.

Welcome to the forums, and here's to many more!

Tell me about it- I'm a doorman at a bar and it amazes me how many musicians can't repair their own instruments or equipment, and how haphazardly much of it has been put together!  I spend almost as much time on stage as the bands do some nights, rewiring batteries for retrofitted active pickup systems, jacks, patch cords, pedals and replacing tubes in ancient amps.  I should probably drop a Multitool.org business card in every guitar case and hope the guys visit this site and get inspired to get their own tools and fix their own darned equipment!  :D

Greetings Magic Bus.

It's great to hear from someone in Norfolk who knows what a bus is, let alone be able to post on t'internet :D

I live near Derby btw - where people still stand and point as you drive past......

I used to come here a lot.

What have I got. My meagre collection consists of.... PST with no date codes, PST2 stamped Leatherman Tool, Black Oxide Supertool, Sideclip, Surge and Swisstool. All bought in the last few weeks  ::) Sad isn't it, I'm starting to sound like you guys already, ha ha. I'll get myself organised and post photos soon. Thanks again for the warm welcome.
