Mike I would only say this as I know you and you know I am not dis-respecting your cousin or anything.  But Duckman, Mike said he was "just on the limit alcohol wise", this means that he may have done nothing at all wrong and that it was just a tragic accident.

All I am saying is, without more information, which Mike may or may not want to share, we shouldn't be jumping to conclusions and hoping that "the guy got what he deserves" IMO.

Well just to clarify, he was just on the limit for alchol (far as I'm concerned you don't drink and drive period) but he was also just over the speed limit too

The real tragidy was that it took about 3 months for her to die from her injuries, which was hell on ice for my family

I don't think saying that he hopes the guy gets what he deserves is jumping to any conclusions.  For instance, if it were just an accident and the guy is a saint, then maybe he deserves all the riches in the world or something...

Very true that, however there was a comment later on about believing in karma and all that jazz so I took that comment as I did.

All I wanted to say was that from the info we had the guy may have done absolutely nothing at all wrong.  Just on the legal limit is still legal.
