No, I don't think it is the Illuminati... thanks for the laugh, though.

I've tried looking for it on-line, but that has been difficult.  Any suggestions about search options or methods would be welcome.  I think that it is a pretty cool logo.  Check it out in the enlarged view... the circular arrow indicating rotation of the straight arrow. What process or product could that represent?

I straightened the image, converted it to black and white, and uploaded to google image search, and pretty quickly got here:

Looks like the arrows represent the direction of a magnetic field around a conductor.

Brilliant!  In the states we call that the "right hand rule of wire".  I should have seen it immediately; I worked in electronics for decades.  Thanks especially for the effort you put into manipulating the image and searching.  When I followed your link, it took me to the IEEE home page ("eye-triple-E here in the states) and there was my logo.  Thanks very much for solving my mystery!  An impressive display of search technique as well.
