New sak owner needs mod help
on: July 01, 2016, 08:58:59 PM
I'm looking for someone to help me reassemble my sak cadet. I need to drill out the holes and put the larger pins in it.  Anyone on here do this kind of work?  I'd appreciate any help!
Dave

Welcome aboard Dapetik!
  • If you're trying yourself, look on the stickies in the Mod Forum...instructions and pictures are there
  • If you want somebody else to do it, try sending a PM to people like tattoosteve, syph007, or hireaethus and see what they say...there are probably other members who'd be willing to do this, but these are first ones who come to my mind (small as it is...   )

Thanks for the replies. I'm looking for someone else to do the work.  I guess I'll post a couple more times before I can message people :)

Just out of curiosity, what makes you think you need larger pins?  The Cadet is a pretty robust little knife as it is.

:salute: strmliner, but I just noodle around with these things.  tattoosteve99 or syph007 would probably be the guys to contact. :tu:

My guess is he wants barrel pins + torx screws.
