I've never participated much here, I'm more of a lurker that likes absorbing information from the people here that know much more than I!  I still wanted to pop in and say thanks to everyone that has shared a little knowledge with everyone and those that have answered my questions in the past!  Thank you!!

Hey there!
I've been a member since day one. well yes I was the one who installed the software originally, LOL.
I'm not participating very much here nowadays. I'm more into finishing my house lately than collecting knives. anyways my swisstool is getting lots of work (and some love too).
It's amazing for me to see how much this project has grown over the last few years.

Keep having fun ladies & gentlemen!
Esteban

Hey there,

Haven't been on the forum in a few years. Sold most of my multitool collection a few years ago to fund my business and bought a bunch of hand tools for use on jobs and around the house.

This has always been a great place to hang out and learn about multitools.

If anyone is interested in hand tools and power tool accessories (drill bits and such) let me know.

Regards,

Excellent.  Did you move or just move stuff around?

Btw, I think you were working in Germany. Still doing that commute?

I converted my garage to be an office / studio so I have a little more space to film and mess about with stuff. Not as much space as I'd like, but more than I had!

After Germany I did a few years in Switzerland, and am working from home a lot now (hence the garage conversion).

I still love my multitools - though I haven't bought any in a long while due to most of my cash going on camera equipment and vaping gear!

All that flying isn't really compatible with carrying a decent multi, but whilst in the UK you'll usually find a Charge TTi and/or a UKPK in my pocket :D
I used to come here a lot.

Yeah - I got made redundant one too many times, so decided to go out on my own and do contract work. So far, its been a good choice, but the down side is that you have to be prepared to travel to where the work is.

For the rest of this year at least I'll be mostly home based and just have to travel to Switzerland a couple of days a month - pretty much perfect really!
I used to come here a lot.

Donvito- great to see you again buddy!

I'm sure you will find more than enough people interested in regular tools here too- in fact we had a discussion recently about my wrench set, and the fact that everyone could sympathize made me realize that many folks here use a lot more than pliers and tweezers!

I've had a nice day today browsing the forum whilst I was supposed to be working - brought back a lot of happy memories :)

I even went and opened up the toolbox for the first time in a while and realised that I've given away a couple of tools that I'd quite like to replace - there are actually gaps in the drawers  :o I know I gave my spare TTi to a friend as a thank you for some help with my PC, and I gave a Wave to my nephew - and I sold a few bits and bobs here too. I also realised that my multitool collection stops at a point in time in 2010. I have nothing made past then!

I might go and browse the Trade Forums next :D

Well, I haven't posted here regularly in, well, ever I guess. That being said, I've been around for a few years now and this is still my favorite forum out there. It's cool to see some of the people who were regulars when I first joined chime in on this thread again!

Happy 10th, MTO, and hopefully another 10 more

Great to see both of you again!  It's been a while indeed!

I'm glad to hear you guys are still enjoying the place even if you aren't around as much as you used to be!

Stick around, there's still plenty of party to go around!
