Got this bad boy in on Friday and have been using it over the weekend. I like it allot. I'm going to take more pictures and a short write up when I get a little more familiar with it. But so far it's an absolute winner! Thanks again Kampfer for the great Giveaway!!

I really like the blade shape and grind allot! It's my first foray into a scandi.

You need a Mora too.

I've heard allot about the Moras. But never have had one. Didn't know the draw to scandi blades until recently. (And I still don't know a whole lot about them, like specific uses or advantages, maybe I should read on the mora thread.)

But this guys getting some pocket time today, we'll see what kind of tasks we can tackle! The pocket carry and handle shape works well with these slanted side pockets.

I agree. Kampfers the man!

My initial impressions of this Cold Steel Finn Wolf are great!

I really like the blade shape and grind for this blade ALLOT! That straight back design and Scandinavian grind are really great, so smooth! I have only EDC'd this knife and used it for more common tasks so far, but it's been great and riding in my pocket everyday.

There are some cool features to this knife that are very nice. And the gap at the base of the blade, when closed, is actually a bottle opener!

So all in all this is a great knife, and I'm really enjoying it. I'd definitely recommend someone winning this knife in a giveaway

I also got my prize and have been using it in the kitchen of all places. I bought a crate of mangos, what a nice knife to cut mangos. Man I've been busy and not taking pics. I'll remedy that. I like the knife for kitchen duty. I like using non kitchen knives in the kitchen actually

. I'll be taking it with me camping and making it my camp kitchen blade. I have a trip planned in November.

I love the ability to get a quick meal in. Rotisserie chicken was on the menu and what better than to slice it up with a Kudu. I like being able to wash it and not worry about it.

My favorite "quick meal" is rotisserie chicken salad on crackers. I actually just discovered the Kudu a couple weeks ago when browsing the Cold Steel catalog, glad to see it performs well.

. I think the Kudu will get a new edge. I'm feeling like taking it to my Lansky, 20 degree should do the trick.

Rotisserie chicken salad sounds great. I "discovered" this chicken several years ago and have been very happy with it. Its a quick meal and excellent as leftovers.
