Posting Video Links tips please

I have uploaded a 46sec vid to photobucket (took 45mins ) ,I can post it but only if I do a direct link which I think gives open access to my account which I would prefer not too. I tried the share option which links photobucket to Facebook or Myspace with no luck. Any tips guys
