Before I forced pitina on it by wrapping a ketchup soaked paper towel overnight it would rust in minutes. The pitina slows that down alot but I still have to dry and oil after use like this in wet weather.

Before I forced pitina on it by wrapping a ketchup soaked paper towel overnight it would rust in minutes. The pitina slows that down alot but I still have to dry and oil after use like this in wet weather.

So I'm not crazy. Well if I ever get another 1095 knife I know who the doc is around here

I'm not in a challenge this month so I finally get to carry my Champion (birthday present to myself back in September) and I'm pairing it with a Leatherman Sidekick which I also acquired while in the challenges so I haven't had a chance to carry that either.  I'm very happy with this pairing.  Worth the wait.
