Anyone have an LT Wright Next Gen fixed blade?
on: August 09, 2016, 06:14:58 AM
I've looked at LT Wright Knives and like what I see.  I have been carrying a small fixed blade now for several weeks and quite like it.  I wanted something else ( odd huh? ) that could be more of an allrounder.  I saw the Next Gen and really liked it.  My hand across my palm measures just over 4 inches and most small fixed blades end up being 3 finger blades, deal breaker big time.

This knife if pretty nice and seemed reasonable priced.  I'd love to know if anyone has one or has held one.  I wish I could get my hands on one first but I may just pull the trigger.

Heres a link to the knife in question.

No but they really look handy! Was looking at these and other LTW's while waiting for the Garberg to be released.

I think I'll mull it over a bit.  I am not a huge fan of the spear point but I can see why he chose it for such a knife.  I love the sheath shape tho.  The botton being squared off rather than coming to a point.  Kinda lessens the "aggressive" look when carrying a fixed blade ( for the public ).  Here in Cali we can carry fixed blades but must sheath carry in the open fully exposed.  I have not got any negative looks that I'm aware of so far.  I don't mind necessarily but I like to roll in the grey area if you know what I mean
