LC 's Grill Adventure (badge attempt)
on: July 25, 2016, 12:40:29 AM
I use my grill frequently and just learned there is badge available.  Tonight my wife set out a skirt steak for me to grill.   The photo essay -

Seasoned with salt & pepper, seared on one side, then turned over and removed heat from center burner, cooked indirect for ten minutes and then turned again for only another five.

Looks so good.  I don't eat nearly as much steak as I'd like but this thread should remedy that.

I am so sorry, yet be glad I did not picture the entire meal (wife doesn't understand the forum and picture sharing). She had also prepped a chilled pasta salad, with deviled eggs and Key Lime pie for desert.
By the way why you up at 2:30am checking forum?  Do you not know best  practice for a diet is getting your 8 hours of rest daily?

Naw, she is a great wife!
Together for 41 years and she still allows to come home every Friday night yet is ready for me to depart on Monday mornings.  ( my current job has me on the road usually Monday - Friday)

She always is looking for bargains and we try to have a special meal every weekend together.
Yes I feel pretty lucky since she selected me all those years ago.

Nope, old is when you are trying to train a staff who is 10 years younger than my youngest child, and he has no clue about 2/3 s of what I am discussing.
