OHO the Crunch

We have some talented people here at MTO. Being able to OHO a Crunch is a skill deemed worthy of the serious enthuiast. In the first video Bob has his technique down to a fine art. In the second Dave will show you how to double your fun. The secert to mastering the skill is pratice, pratice, pratice. Enjoy!    :D

I never did perfect 3 at a time though :D
I used to come here a lot.

I never did perfect 3 at a time though :D


Doing two is quite an acomplishment. It took me forever it seemed at the time to do one. Now it is easy. I havent tried two yet. One thing I remember about learning how to OHO the Crunch is that it sure made my fingers sore.    :D

Well I just tried and yes, I can still do two at a time  :)

The trick is to do it in perfect sync. If one hand gets ahead of the other it'll be a disaster :D

I tried this  and ended up tying my fingers together. Had to get the wife to untie them :)
