My experience, after a few legal battles, is that legal battles and lawyers should be avoided if anywhere near reasonably avoidable. It drains focus, energy, motivation and can go on for years. The only real winners are often the lawyers. And I say that as someone who never lost as even settling or winning smurfs big time. But of course, some battles you just have to take.
Hopefully it wont come to that for you and the car. The dealership might be fair and reasonable, and it will be a great day to try the lottery too!
I agree. I have always hated the idea of going to lawyers, which is largely why companies get away with this kind of thing.
