I adjusted my grip and it feels better in the hand. Been playing with it all day.  ::)

I can open it one-handed now. It's not a single fluid motion by any means, but it is one handed, so it's good enough.
It's just awkward. It's s big knife, the hole is narrow, the spine is polished, and there's a backspring working against you. But I made it work.
It's in great condition, and is a Wenger, and has no reamer, and no saw, and it'll make me look like Jason Vorhees if I whip it out in public, so I won't be using this. It'll live in its nice presentation box, but if the box says oho, then I expect it to be oho. And it is now. WD-40 is amazing.  :tu:

What model Ranger is that yellow scaled one with the pliers? :drool:

I think it is a Wenger Ranger 198 Alpine Club Special edition

Looks like you can still get it here - But not yellow :(
