Got them from AliExpress so the price is definitely worth it. If from Amazon though, I'd rather invest in something else

when in doubt go on AliExpress. although some of the things there are really bad knockoffs

Had to do the electrical tape mod to my robust sheath as the retention started to disappear, I keep the carbon blade oiled so not sure if that was an issue with the oil migrating into sheath/handle, but I do use it a lot.

Incidentally watched a video that compared the Garberg to the Bushcraft.

I'd have bought the Garberg if I never held it in hand before the time......more for the 14C28 than anything else.  With that handle, the steel is just not a good enough excuse.

Good suggestion mate. :tu:

Seems well balanced and thoughtful.  Likes it without being fanboyish and talks up it's merits while having some notes on it's drawbacks.
Be excellent to each other and always know where your towel is.

It was odd as both my other #1 are very patina and the 2/0 wouldn't patina , he said if they had spare SS blades they did a few odd runs  :tu:

Thanks Styx  :salute: I used to have a Clipper but this one feels a lot more substantial. May have to make a posh sheath for it.

(Image removed from quote.)

Just recently told somebody I have no buyer's remorse about my Mora and Enlan collections, so cheap it doesn't matter.

The one glaring exception is the black blade anniversary edition of that same Companion.......double the price + a bit more

......And I would now trade all my Enlans for one Spyderco
